Thành lập tại Singapore bởi TS. Phan Minh Ngọc, Intelligence Service Partners phát huy sức mạnh của đội ngũ nhân viên chuyên nghiệp và những đối tác là các chuyên gia và học giả hàng đầu trong nhiều lĩnh vực hiện đang làm việc ở các nước trong khu vực.

Intelligence Service Partners cung cấp cho khách hàng các dịch vụ tư vấn đầu tư, kinh doanh dựa trên sự phân tích thấu đáo các vấn đề và giải pháp thích ứng.

Về TS. Ngọc:

TS. Ngọc là người sáng lập và Giám đốc của Intelligence Service Partners. Ông thành lập công ty này sau khi rời khỏi vị trí quản lý cấp cao tại một ngân hàng hàng đầu của Nhật ở Singapore, nơi ông đã làm việc hơn mười năm chuyên về nghiên cứu và phân tích các nền kinh tế, các ngành kinh tế, và các công ty trong khu vực châu Á Thái Bình Dương. Trước đó, TS. Ngọc giảng dạy và nghiên cứu về kinh tế quốc tế trong ba năm tại Đại học Kyushu (Nhật Bản).

TS. Ngọc xuất bản nhiều công trình nghiên cứu trên các tạp chí học thuật quốc tế hàng đầu. Ngoài ra, TS. Ngọc còn là chuyên gia đọc phản biện cho một số tạp chí học thuật quốc tế như Asian Economic Journal, ASEAN Economic Bulletin, Journal of Economics Studies, và International Journal of Social Economics (ở trong nước thì có tạp chí tiếng Anh Vietnam’s Socio-Economic Development của Viện Kinh tế Việt Nam). Ông còn là một tác giả quen thuộc của một số tờ báo tại Việt Nam như Thời báo Kinh tế Sài Gòn, Doanh nhân Sài Gòn, và CafeF. Hiện tại, TS. Ngọc còn là Cố vấn cho Phòng Thương mại và Công nghiệp Việt Nam tại Singapore.

Sinh tại Hà Nội, TS. Ngọc bắt đầu sự nghiệp của mình tại Ngân hàng Nhà nước cho đến năm 1997 thì ông giành được học bổng của Chính phủ Nhật Bản để học Thạc sĩ và Tiến sĩ lần lượt tại Đại học Nagasaki và Đại học Kyushu.

Với hơn 20 năm kinh nghiệm nghiên cứu và phân tích, TS. Ngọc đã tích lũy được rất nhiều kỹ năng và thiết lập được một mạng lưới các chuyên gia và học giả hàng đầu trong nhiều lĩnh vực và quốc gia.
